Olympic Technique training plates are widely used for beginners, youth athletes, lifters working on proper form, rehab work.
Olympic technique plate is the perfect tool to learn Olympic Lifting technique with a manageable entry-level weight. This plate is damn-near unbreakable, and has been made within the strict tolerances which define our other Elite Level Bumper Plates.
These plate allow lifters of any skill level to learn or perfect their floor without the risk of doing damage to their plates or flooring on a drop. They’re also an effective way for trainers and coaches to safely teach new movements and assess an athlete’s progress.
Olympic WL Technique are sold as pairs and available to order in KG or LB increments ( (5lb, 10lb / 2.5kg, 5kg). Our Technique plate are manufactured with HDPE material. Recommend to be dropped on rubber flooring.
